Our policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your received your order, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.


You have 30 days to use and try our products. To return an item, you must show us a receipt or proof of purchase.


Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.


* Any item that is not in its original condition (excluding consumables), that is damaged or has parts missing for reasons not due to our fault.

*Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.


Refunds (if applicable)

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm we have received it. We will also notify you of our decision to approve or deny your refund request.

If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

If a period of 30 days passes without you receiving your package and you request the refund for the first time after these 30 days, we have the right to refuse any request for a refund.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received your refund yet, please check your bank account again.

Next, contact the credit card issuer as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted.

Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time required before a refund is posted.

Exchange (if applicable)

We will only replace an item if it is defective or damaged. In this case, if you would like to exchange the item for the same item, please send us an email to dyncomfzco@evelacosmetics.com


We take care of the return of your order, so you don't have to pay anything.
